We also move legacy reporting (SSRS, Crystal Reports, Power BI Report Server, Azure Analysis Services and SSAS) to Power BI and Fabric, and ETL from SSIS, Informatica or Talend to Azure Data Factory or Data Factory in Microsoft Fabric.

Yes. We plan and carry out the move from Power BI Premium (P) SKUs to Fabric (F) SKUs, including sizing the new capacity and moving your workspaces onto it, so reports keep working through the switch.

Every wave of the migration is reconciled. We compare the data in the old and new systems and resolve any difference before moving on, so you have proof that nothing was lost, not just reassurance.

We keep it to a minimum. Workloads move in phases, and each cut-over has a fallback option, so the business keeps running while the migration happens.

Not always. Slow, unstable databases are often what prompts a migration, but the underlying causes can often be fixed where the database is. Our database administrators can tune it first, so you migrate when it makes sense rather than because performance forced it.

Once the new platform is proven and everyone has switched over, we decommission the old one, so you stop paying for and supporting two systems.
