Frequently Asked Questions

Data engineers, analysts, BI developers, platform administrators and data leaders. The fundamentals course suits everyone, and the specialist tracks are designed for specific roles.

None for Microsoft Fabric Fundamentals, though familiarity with Power BI or Excel helps. For the engineering and warehousing tracks, experience with SQL, data modelling or Azure data services is useful.

Most courses run for one or two days. Durations are indicative, and private sessions can be shortened, split across several weeks or combined into a role-based learning path.

On-site at your office anywhere in Australia, live online through Microsoft Teams, at a Perth training venue, or in our public scheduled classes. Every format includes hands-on labs.

Up to 12 people per class, so everyone gets personal attention during the labs. Larger teams can be split across several sessions.

Not necessarily. Participants can use a free Microsoft Fabric trial for the labs. In private sessions we can also work in your own Fabric environment, so your team learns on the platform they'll actually use.

Yes. Every participant receives a certificate of completion. Our courses also cover skills measured in the Microsoft DP-600 and DP-700 exams, which you can book separately with Microsoft.

For private team training, it depends on the course, format and group size, so contact us for a quote. Private sessions are often more cost-effective for teams of four or more.
